A Secure America Requires A Secure Border Wall: So Build It

President Trump brashly announced "I'm proud to shut down government" if the soon to be dominant Democrats in Congress don't fund his southern border wall. Is he bluffing? Probably not. It's one of the main promises he made during his 2016 presidential campaign. He should keep it.

Public Backs Trump, Not Democrats, On Immigration: IBD/TIPP Poll

In his State of the Union speech, President Trump said he was willing to make a deal with Democrats. He'd create a path to citizenship for 1.8 million illegal aliens who came to the country as children, in exchange for funding for a border wall and a shift toward a skills-based immigration policy.
